...and another thing, on abuse of power.

I'm reading from many far left liberal (and some center-liberal) pundits that now that he has been acquitted, President Trump will assume he can get away with anything.   Let's briefly review:

We are talking about a phone call that should not have ever been exposed to the light of day, because I would bet big money that such sort of conversations take place between world leaders all the time, where "things" are implied, policies formed, actions taken.   No matter - given the Left and the liberal media hatred of Trump, the call amounted to a scandal, and an impeachable one at that.   Was what Trump requested inappropriate?   Perhaps.    Was it an impeachable offense - no way!    The Senate agrees, albeit along mostly party lines (thanks, sanctimonious Mitt).

Let's talk about some real abuse of power, and scandal, under Barack Obama's IRS and Justice Department which the media just yawned about, because, well, it was Barack Obama.

1.  Fast and Furious:   Eric Holder runs guns to Mexico to help fight the cartels.  Guns inevitably fall into the wrong hands and one is even used to kill a US Border Patrol agent.   No media outrage there against Obama or his self-proclaimed "Wingman", Holder.

2. Weaponized IRS:  Lois Lerner's IRS creates paperwork nightmares and bureaucratic delays to block conservative PACs from forming to campaign against re-election of Obama.   More yawns from the media.

3. Obama Awards Himself Spending Authorization:   As President, Obama used Executive Orders to fund parts of Obamacare, something he had absolutely no right to do.   Only Congress can appropriate funding.   Let's compare this abuse of power to Trump's phone call.

4. The Granddaddy of Abuse of Power:  The Clinton Campaign, Obama, Lynch, and Comey weaponize the FBI and launch Crossfire Hurricane, perhaps the largest criminal abuse of power ever seen, where the gang attempts to take out a candidate and then President.    Unverified documents are used to investigate the President and others, resulting in a two-year, $40 million investigation which reports no wrongdoing on the part of the President.     Several "guilty" individuals were unfortunately caught up in the dragnet and convicted of process or other crimes unrelated to any corruption on Trump's part.

For the critics:  give us a list of similar wrongdoings on the part of President Trump as part of your reply
